Opportunities
We are currently recruiting one Research Assistant and 1–2 Postdoctoral Fellows to support ongoing research projects in environmental health and epidemiology.
Research Assistant (Staff Position)
Responsibilities
- Participate in research project coordination and management under the guidance of the Principal Investigator and collaborating supervisors.
- Assist with communication and coordination of collaborative research projects.
- Complete other research-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree or above in public health, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, management, sociology, infectious diseases, English, or related fields.
- Motivation for scientific research, good research professionalism, and good learning ability.
- A strong sense of responsibility, good execution capability, and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in research project coordination or related research projects is preferred.
- Ability to work long-term and stably; strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred.
Position and Benefits
- Project-based staff position implemented in accordance with regulations of Peking University Health Science Center; employment via labor dispatch contract.
- Salary is negotiable; social insurance and housing fund provided. Household registration and accommodation are not provided.

Postdoctoral Fellows
Qualifications
- Candidates should have obtained or be close to completing a Ph.D. degree within the last three years, with a background in epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, bioinformatics, or related fields. Applicants should be under the age of 35.
- Strong interest in research, diligent work ethic, high sense of responsibility, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in population-based field studies or overseas training.
- Proficiency in data management, English writing, and communication skills is required. Candidates should have published at least two high-quality papers as the first author in international peer-reviewed journals within the past five years.
- Candidates must meet the postdoctoral management regulations of Peking University Medical School. For those applying for the Boya Postdoctoral Fellowship, please refer to the Boya Postdoctoral Fellowship Program at Peking University.
Research Directions
- Epidemiological studies focusing on the elderly population and their environment, integrating traditional and environmental epidemiology.
- Research on aging biomarkers and molecular epidemiology based on multi-omics data.
